At Lucid Pathways, LLC we pride ourselves with handling our clients and their information with “great care”.

The release of information without consent of the client may only take place under the most extreme circumstances: the protection of life (suicidality or homicidality), child abuse, and/ or abuse of incompetent persons and elder abuse. Above all, Lucid Pathways, LLC is required to comply with state and federal statutes concerning mandated reporting.At Lucid Pathways, LLC we pride ourselves with handling our clients and their information with “great care”.

The Age of Technology has lead many people to comfortably rely on the use of modern services (i.e. cell phone, text messaging, email, social media websites, etc.). We advise our clients to use the aforementioned technologies with caution. Confidentiality is not as safe or secure with these services as with face to face conversation.

Lucid Pathways, LLC works hard to ensure communication with our clients is secure. Understand there is a remote chance that communication through the use of technology can be compromised. While difficult – it can occur. We encourage our clients to become familiar with ways of permanently deleting sensitive communications.

Remember, the most confidential information should be reserved for face to face appointments. If direct contact is not possible, it is best to communicate via the telephone.
