Vision Boards
A Vision Board, also called a "Treasure Map", is a poster on which one pastes images reflecting their visions, dreams and goals. Creating a Vision Board involves much more than simply cutting and pasting pictures on paper. There is a purpose. The captured images and pictures serve as a “visual manifestation” of the life changes one desires.
The concept is simple. When you repeatedly view images of
who
you want to become, what
you want to have, and where you want to be - you work towards making changes to match those images & desired goals.
